Model: TL-WR941HP
Hardware Version: V2

I'm getting dropped packets from devices to the TL-WR941HP. I can tell it's just on the wifi because the internal diagnostic show it working fine. It's intermittant and I don't see clear reasons for the issue.

From my computer:

ping 8.8.8.8

@John_Lewis

Hello, you may try to modify the wireless settings on the WR941HP first to get a stable Wi-Fi connection, such as changing the wireless channel to 1/6/11, channel width to 20MHz, then reboot the router and reconnect to the Wi-Fi to confirm.

BTW, you can also try to change the DNS server on the WR941HP to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
