Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254(5553)

On all other WiFi my iPad works fine but not this .

Connecting is working, speed test works fine.

Twitter, FB, Instagram, +some more apps does not work on WiFi.

Even my laptop connected thru ethernet is not loading this pages, there is no filters to block anything.

On WiFi the apps can't reload, no communication is read.

Still ordinary web sites works (like this)

Please help

What differs this from other WiFi routers?

OK, can you walk out through this procedure just to make sure that your settings are correct and then execute these commands in CMD:

and after that :

Make those screenshots and post them back.

How do you connecting to your ISP - directly (PPPoE, Dynamic IP, etc.) or ISP modem/router before your router ?

You can try to change the DNS settings on your devices (for example try Google of Cloudflare DNS servers: 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1).

See if that makes any difference.

Thanks, im connecting directly to my ISP modem:

IP Acquisition Mode: PPPoE

I already had the 1.1.1.1 DNS configured, changed to 8.8.8.8 but still same issue.

I've factory restored the router and setting up again the network... Same issue

Have you observed the logs of the router, anything suspicious in there ?

Factory reset via WebGUI or by the reset button on the back of the router ?

It is recommended to hard reset (Method1) the router if you recently upgraded your device FW.

Then re-configure from scratch. See if that makes any difference.

@Ivaylo

I've done both, hard reset from the reset button, and from the WebGUI, on the logs i can see only the  initialization part after rebooting, but no error.

And there has not been an update firmware on these previous days.

Since when this issue manifested itself, any changes on the router configuration/ISP service prior to that ?

I started to see this today, when i connect on my work laptop to the VPN, those pages work correctly, but as soon i dissconect from the VPN (directly to the router) the issue happens again. Last week was working correctly, no changes on the router nor the ISP modem though.

What kind of SW are you using for the VPN ? Have you tried to connect with another device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to these websites, are they displaying correctly ?

@Ivaylo

Cisco AnyConnect is the one my company uses.

And yes i notice that on my ipad (connected to the tplink) then i connect to another modem of a different ISP and the pages loaded correctly, then i turn on WLAN on the ISP where the Tplink is connected and also worked correctly.

That was when i was pretty sure the issue is with the tplink router.
