Hi,

I noticed some problems when my phone is trying to transfer to different nodes.

Sometimes it gets disconnected on it's own but still connects to the 2nd node even if I am literally beside the 3rd node.

I am using redmi note 9

Fast roaming is enabled

beam is disabled

@sherwinry

Good day,

Sorry for the delay.

Was the redmi note 9 the only device affected?

And did it connect to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz band of the Deco?

Thank you very much!

@TP-Link sometimes it connects to 2.4ghz sometimes 5ghz

I only tested 1 devices first, whenever i transfer locations, the wifi fluctuates and still connects to the main node even if i am already in the basement node. So my internet speed becomes low and sometimes disconnects. But since my wifi settings is on auto join it reconnects again, but still to the main node.

The only solution i got is i have to turn off/on my wifi so that it becomes normal again. But I cannot off/on my wifi everytime i walk around the house.

Fast Roam and Beam signal is already enabled.
I have also tried turning off 5ghz and making it 2.4ghz only still the same result.

Is this the first time you encountered this problem?

Also i noticed sometimes I am literally beside the node, but it still connects to the farther node but using only 2.4ghz even if my devices is 5ghz
