Router log mentioning firmware downloads and "cloud" events which I didn't initiate

Model: Archer AX50

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

My system log has mention of firmware downloads but the firmware hasn't updated. They are listed as cloud events.

2020-11-22 00:29:44 cloud[22643]: <6> 298052 download firmware success
2020-11-22 00:29:43 cloud[21939]: <6> 298051 connect download server success

Could someone please explain what these are?
