Can't Access the Router Remotely
Can't Access the Router Remotely
Hi,
I'm trying to access my router over the Internet, I set up a noip account and logged in through the router but still I'm unable to reach the router. Any suggestions or troubleshooting I can do.
Thanks

In the router, it reads 100.xx.xxx.xxx, on whatismyip it reads 37.xx.xxx.xxx.

So this nanostation is your intermediate device.Do you have access to its web interface ? It should be on 100.xx.xxx.xxx (your router WAN IP).

Unfortunately, I can't access the nanostation for it was locked by my ISP. But, if that helps, I can recall he entered username and password apart from login credentials in order to connect my nanostation to the desired sector.

Unfortunately, only my ISP can access the nanostation.

So @woozle is right. Yor public IP is different than what your router receives from nanostation and that's the reason you can't access the router.
Maybe you can call your ISP and ask them to configure a DMZ (open all ports to your router) in nanostation.
BTW, which address (100.. or 37...) you are using to test the remote access - try to ping <yourdomain>.ddns.net address and see what's the IP address responding (I believe it should be the 100...address). Then test the remote access on 37... address to see if it works. If not call your ISP as I suggested earlier.
