Firmware Version: 2.0.3 Build 20171018 Rel.36564

Hi everyone

 

I have an issue with TL-WPA8630P kit

 

I bought it 2 days ago and setup it for 1 minute - everything works perfectly. After 2 days Powerline connection was disappered.

 

I tried many thing, pair, reset - nothing.

 

Distance between adapters around 30-40 meters. 

 

When I try to plug into sockets that are closer to each other - everything works fine.

What ideas could there be, why everything worked well for 2 days and then stopped?

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

It is more related to the power-line interference around the adapter.

If possible, could you please plug the adapter to another location nearby, or a different power socket to have a look?

And you could also try to turn on the Lower PLC-to-VDSL mode to have a look: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2027/

By the way, please always make sure the firmware is up to date.
