Hello, whenever I try to forward my ports for running web or game servers, the ports stay closed, I'm using my reserved local ip and my machine is also the DMZ server

Here are all the ports that I'm forwarding, I've checked all of them, but they are closed, there are firewall exceptions for all the programs.
