Can't upgrade firmware
I see there is new firmware for the M9 plus, but I can't upgrade it. I am in AP mode.
The app say "Your deco home Wi-Fi System in currently up-to-date. Enjoy!"
I can't access the Deco via port 80 and IP address.
The upgrade tool will not allow me to login.
Any help?

Please download the latest firmware for your Deco M9 V2 from the official website:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/deco-m9-plus/#Firmware
Then download the upgrade utility for your computer:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/deco-m9-plus/#Utility
The older 1.2.x version needs to be upgraded via the Upgrade Utility and it cannot be done via web or Deco app. If you encounter any issue during the firmware upgrade, please refer to the below guide to do some basic troubleshooting:

Thanks I got it it work as I noted above I could not get log into the upgrade utility. The issue was the username is case sensitive if anyone else has the has issue.
