Model: Archer AX1500  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20200730 Release 154345

Pretty simple (in theory) question.  I can't get any of my laptops to log on to the extender.  I have quadruple checked passwords and have tried on 2.4 and 5 and have updated firmware to latest version. Anybody else had this problem. Otherwise everything seems fine-linked to my main router, i can change passwords, log in to device via app, etc.

I haven't done reset yet though next on my list if i don't get any other advice here.

Is the model number of your range extender RE505x?

What Is the model number of your laptop and how about the built-in wireless adapter? is it Intel?

@Solla-topee   Thanks very much.. that was the issue.  I was on Lenovo P50 with Intel Wireless. I originally didn't that solved it but it was due to me not rememembering that i had changed the password to a different one.
