Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

One of my Deco M1300 satellite units (i.e. NOT the Main Deco, cannot get out of "Disconnected from other Decos" errors.

Can't update firmware as I can´t connect of it, have tried restarting and factory reset but nothing helps.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello, if the 3rd unit is always showing offline, please check the below suggestions:
1. Try to reset and reconfigure the 3rd unit and ensure it is connected to the system successfully.
2. If you cannot connect it to the system, please show me a picture where you get stuck. And here are more suggestions:

Try to move it closer to the main unit, then try again.

3. Ensure the LED on the 3rd unit is solid green, then try to check for the update again.
