Recently changed broadband provider with an increase in speed to the M5 Hub.

I could not understand why the speed at other M5s was much slower until I came across a thread about QoS and that it had been set to the previous internet speed.

Are there any articles that explain QoS and the benefits.

- What happens if I set a much higher speed manually?

- Does it impact the speed between internal devices in the house e.g. file transfer to NAS.

- I anticipate speed increasing further over time, looks like I have to run another test.

- What happens if the internet speed drops below the speed set by the test?

- What are the benefits of QoS to me, I have not found the need to set any priorities and set as standard. Don't game, streaming, surfing and chatting all working perfectly on the standard settings.

- Can I turn it off?
