Hi,

 

Just bought the above Wi-Fi range extender but I am unable to get past step 1 of the setup!

 

I plug the extender next to my router (Virgin Media Hub 3 router) the lights blink for a short while but nothing happens, no solid light.

 

What now?

 

Not happy - can't really be wasting money in these uncertain times.

May I know the exact model of the 300Mbps Wi-Fi Range Extender, like TL-WA850RE, 855RE, or something else?

Have you seen the setup video, or the step-by-step instruction via Tether APP or the web interface not WPS button:
