I recently purchased a TD-W8961N router modem.  I am trying to set it up to access my Plusnet account.  I can't get it to work following the instructions in the leaflet.

Can anyone help?

This model doesn't appear in the dropdown list! So please ignore my choice of model.

Was it the first time to set up the TD-W8961N?

How long have you had this device?

Did the DSL light lit up on the 8961N?

Have you got the PPPoE username and password from Plusnet for set up?
