Model: Archer C7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.15 Build 20200628 rel.63501(4555)

Hi,

Got the modem 1-2 weeks ago.

It's connected to the ISP, the internet is working fine. Everything is fine, except:

1) The internet light is always orange.

2) When sometimes the internet disconnects (which is typical, 1-2 times every few days), the router doesn't reconnect automatically (although set up so) and I have to manually go in the settings and press the "connect" button.

I called the ISP, they said everything is fine on their end, must be a router problem...

Thank you in advance for any input.
