No internet issue on 2.4Ghz Archer C6 (US)
Hey everyone,
I bought this router recently. It was working fine until I noticed my old android device which doesn't support 5ghz has no internet connection despite being connected to the wifi. I rebooted the router and it started working after a while. But after couple of minutes, the issue appeared again. It's connected to the wifi but there's no internet connection.
My devices which are connected to the 5ghz are working fine. I haven't tweaked the router settings that much. I'm attaching my 2.4ghz settings. Any sort of solution would be appreciated.
Note that, I'm using the latest firmware.

What is the model of that Android device? Please ensure it is running the latest version first.
If it still cannot connect to the 2.4GHz wireless, try to enable the 2.4GHz guest network to give it a shot:

hello,
I started to have same issue, after more than 2 years of usage.
5 Ghz works fine, but 2.4 Ghz has no internet access.
I have done all described here: reset (10 seconds), disable-enable 2.4 Ghz WiFi, but nothing helped.
Firmware: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591
I would appreciate if someone from support would help.
