WiFi extender stopped working
We have one or two TP link range extenders, because it is quite a long house, and the WiFi signal is almost non-existant at the ends of the house without them. Over the weekend, one extender was no longer detected by our devices, and the bottom WiFi green light was no longer on. We unplugged it, re-booted the devices, re-set the extender all to no avail. Cannot think what has changed, but nothing seems to be rectifying it. The two upper lights are on when it is plugged in.

Good day.
Sorry for the delay.
May I know how long have you had the device?
When you reset the extender, would you see all the lights turn on then off?
(if not, please hold the reset pinhole again for 10s)
And when you press the Wi-Fi button on the front, would the Wi-Fi LED turn on?
By the way, where are you located?
Thank you very much.

@Solla-topee I have the same issue as the person who asked the question. I have tried what you susggested above - to no avail. I have two lights: power and wireless, and nothing else. None of my devices acknowledge that the tp-link extension is there.

Hi, what is the model number of your adapter?
And how long have you had this device?
After reset, if nothing changed, I am afraid that you might need to contact the shop retailer to claim for warranty.
Thank you very much.
