Hi,

 

I can not connect to any 5ghz Network.

 

Status always says 5ghz: "No Signal"

0 days 00:33:52      WIRELESS   ERROR   5G failed to connect to the front end: ASSOC 5, 0. 
0 days 00:33:52      WIRELESS   INFO    5G front end exited: 0, 9 
0 days 00:33:52      WIRELESS   ERROR   5G failed to connect to the front end: ASSOC 4, 0. 
0 days 00:35:38      WIRELESS   INFO    STA (MAC:50:EB:71:2A:32:08) successfully connected to 2.4G 
0 days 00:35:38      WIRELESS   INFO    STA (MAC:50:EB:71:2A:32:08) successfully connected to 2.4G (WPA). 

 

Can someone help me? I think i need a beta firmware

Good day.

Could you please help us check the following information

  1. What is the model number of your main router?
  2. Is the 5ghz led light lit up on the extender
  3. How long did you have this device and was it working fine before?
  4. During the setup, did the extender detect any 5ghz network around?
