Is Deco M9 Plus compatible with Virgin Hub3
I changed the Virgin Media Hub 3 to Modem mode, but everytime I go through the Deco sinatllation process on using the App, everything works fine until it tests th internet connection and promptly fails. The Hub 3 internet connection is working fine in modem mode with my PC connected. The Support team werent much use and spet several hours rebotting reseting with no luck. I'm wondering if they are actually compitable?
