HI All,

I am facing problem accessing my Asustor NAS via Wired connection. I have gaming desktop and NAS connected to router via Gigabit ethernet connection and rest of the devices are connected via 5 GHZ WIFI channel.

1. Desktop or Laptop can not open NAS Dashboard via wired connection, there is no blockage from Antivirus and network discovery is on. also there are no network drops between Desktop, Laptop and NAS when on wired connection. I have checked on all 3 Gigabit ports, experiancing same issue

2. Unable to transfer even 100kb file from desktop or laptop when on wired connection. system gives unexpected network error. but on wireless connection data transfer is smooth.

3. Tested NAS by directly connecting NAS to Desktop Via Ethernet cable. data transfer is very fast, so obviously there is some problem on ethernet ports of Archer D7 router.

4. all devices are in same subnet.

Can anyone suggest any setting which could resolve this i been searching on google for past 1 week and unable to find any solution on this issue.
