AX10 won't reconnect to modem
Hi, bought this new router to use with Australian NBN which is notoriously dodgy. Often the NBN modem loses internet connection, which the AX10 reports. The issue is that when the NBN comes back online again, it appears that the AX10 needs a reboot to re-establish an internet connection for clients. Is this a setting being wrong or a hardware issue?
Thanks,
Taylor

No issues that I've noticed since the firmware update so hopefully that is fixed! Thanks for your assistance.

What is the WAN connection type on the AX10? When your NBN connection is recovered, how about the internet LED on the AX10, is it correctly on?
Is there a known issue why the NBN connection disconnects? You may send us the system log on the router before the reboot and we will check further.

Hi @Solla-topee,
The WAN connection is to an Arris CM8200 NBN modem. When it appears the the NBN modem has recovered, the AX10 Internet LED remains orange.
Not exactly sure what the cause is, it's just a characterstic of our over-budget and under-delivered service =) I've had the same service at two houses and experienced identical problems.
Thanks, if the issue persists I will attach a log.

Hi @Solla-topee,
So it occured again. This time it didn't appear that the Arris modem experienced any loss of connection, going by its LED indicators anyway. Attached is the log from the AX10. Not much info in there from what I can tell. Is there a way to get it to spit out more? The dropout (for LAN and WLAN clients) I speak of occured at 12:29AM today, the 8th.
Hope you can help.
