All configuration lost after switching off

Model: RE450
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20190124 Rel. 56886

Once the range extender device is configured and running, if the device is switched off (by using the power button or just unplugging it), device configuration is lost. Afterward, reset has to be applied and then it has to be configured again. What can I do? thanks

@LuisR

Normally, this won't cause the configuration loss issue.
This may be an accidental.

Please reconfigure RE450:
1. Tether APP: How to configure Range Extender via Tether APP
2. Web UI: How to configure my range extender via web GUI to extend an existing wireless network's coverage (new logo)?
3. WPS: How to configure my Range Extender via WPS button to extend an existing wireless network’s coverage?

if you need RE450 to power off, please try Power schedule function.

@Kevin_Z I have powered off three times and I had to reset the device and configure it each time. I have also programmed to shut down automatically and it doesn't power up and start running. Instead, the configuration was lost. I think I am going to send this device back. Thanks
