why i cant select my router's model? i have a td-w8901G V3 in the last frimware

the problem is when i connects my phone (redmi note 8) to it, the router restarts itself

i want to know what the problem is?

things i have tried:

1) factory reset the router

2) changing the adaptor

3) changing the lan cables

4) changing dhcp configuration to static ip addresses

5) changing the wifi channel (i think the problem is here)

please help me to solve this problem
