I have no clue what firmware or hardware I'm on however my main deco has a red led indicating a problem it will not allow me to access the app to check and I have tried to unplug and plug back in and also a full hard reset to which none have worked anyone else having this issue or know how to solve it
@Jaydenlee I've had an e4 for less than a week and have had the same thing happen twice. I was able to reset with the pinhole, but after the second I'm filling out the return paperwork now. I'd recommend doing the same.
