@OLL It's normally enabled by default. Have a look at your Deco app. Select 'More', bottom right (a little icon 3x3 squares).. At the next page select wifi. You can turn 2.4GHz and 5GHz on or off from there.

If you don't have those options, select 'update Deco' and upgrade the firmware.
