Hello,
It has been two years now people are asking for that in various topics.
That means your auto channel selection feature is either not much appreciated, or simply doesn't work as intended.
To add to wifi config a single parameter configured manually (okay, even with 'disable auto mode' switch) - is NOT a serious rework, at all.
So, all that together simply shows your company attitude to end users. Thanks, well noted for future purchases.

I checked my wifi, there is a big interference on current selected channels.
How can I change them on M4?

@David-TP Hi, Please can you send me the firmware to be able to change the channel. I live in Hong Kong and surrounded by many apartments. I keep having to optimise the network. I have done 36 scans and 28 times it has optimised. It causes huge packet loss and unstable internet all the time.

Hi, the 5ghz of Deco is working on band 1 but In some places, only band 4 is allowed, such as Bangladesh, so the BD version works on band 4 for 5ghz.
Currently, Deco does not support customizing wireless channels and may I know which channel your Deco is using for 5ghz?
Could you please try to temporarily turn off the 2.4ghz on the Deco, leaving 5ghz only to see whether the huge packet loss and instability is on 5ghz or 2.4ghz?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
