Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20200110 rel.60119(4555)

my router keeps losing connection, internet connection is stable, based on the modem and when i transfer the connection to my PC, but when using the router, the router suddenly loses connection every hour or so. Anyone with the same experience? I've had this router for half a year now, and its my first time experiencing it the past few days. Need help please. Thank you!

@ProfPanda

What is the light status of the C6 when the connection drops out? Can you get internet from it via wired cable at that time?

When it stops working, can you see the TP-Link wifi network? Or is it still connected but no internet access?

At that time, please log into the web UI of the Archer C6 and take a full screenshot of the Advanced-status page; and go to advanced-system tools-system log to save and export it to us.

Besides, you can change the wireless settings to improve the wireless performance and ensure that the firmware is up to date.
