What is the model number of this router? You can find it on the back of the actual device. 

 

Try to power cycle it. Have you ever tried to reconfigure it with the information given by ISP? 

 

You can check the current internet IP address of this router, you can change DNS server under DHCP server page if it has valid IP address.
