@Uncle_Buck

Hello, it is normal. It is just the display format of a web browser, which dismiss https://www. ; it won't affect the speed to load a web page or the actual internet speed you can get from the Deco.

You can copy the address and paste it, you will find that it will be the complete one.

Besides, as for the speed issue, could you please provide more information, including:

1. The bandwidth you paid for your ISP.

2. The actual speed you can get from the Deco P9. Both wired speed and wireless speed.

Thanks a lot.

@Kevin_Z

Thanks for replying,

                               i did wonder whether the missing www. was having any impact but good to hear its not so thats's that cleared up, as for my bandwidth, the package i have is M200 which gives me 213mbps, wireless speed fluctuates but on average its 32mbps d/l and 20.0 mbps u/l, as for wired im getting 93.90 mbps d/l and 21.91 mbps u/l, i hope this answers the question that you asked.

@Uncle_Buck

Thanks a lot.

We need to do more tests on the slow speed issue:

1. What is the current network diagram?

2. The wired/wireless link speed of your device when it connects to the Deco. Here is the instruction:https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

Note: Steps for wired negotiation is the same, except that you need click ethernet connection.

3. With main Deco connected to the modem only, what is the speed you can get from the main Deco? What about the speed you can get from the modem directly, bypass the Deco?

4. Try to change another ethernet cable to connect the PC, like cat 5e or above.

5. You can swap the location of the Deco units or switch  the slave Deco to main Deco to give it a go. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2400/

Thanks a lot.
