Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

After the change from Netgear router to Deco M9 my stationary PC can't see nor detect the wireless Canon Printer.

Printer is confirmed connected to wireless so my concern is that issue is linked to PC wired to WAN side of Deco's. Possible firewall problem ? This have worked with previous routers so what can I do?
note: Connecting the PC on LAN side is not possible.

@Nicolaisen

Hello Henrik, what is the current network diagram? You mentioned that the PC is wired to WAN side of Deco's, it is normal that it cannot access the device in the LAN due to the NAT/different subnet.

If you want to access the printer from WAN side with your PC, you can open the port for the printer on the Deco; you can contact the tech support of the printer and confirm whether it supports remote access and get the configuration parameters.

May it help.
