Hi, looking for some input and help.

We got the Deco E4 AC1200 about 2 weeks ago to get better coverage in our house.

We have a Fibre Line with a Dynamic IP. So far the Deco E4 worked really well.

However today is suddenly stopped working and the red light is on.

I tried everything - turned it on/off, turned modem on /off, reset it multiple times, switched the two devices agianst each other, changed the cable connecting it to the modem etc.

Also checked with ISP and another Router - there is no fibre problem. when i use another router i get internet and wifi.

 

I can get as far as set up a new network but get the info that tere is a "connectivity problem to the internet". (as mentioned there IS internet when we use anohter router).

The light goes red and that s it.

 

Any ideas?

I m considering returning them as they are only 2 weeks old.

same here, just stopped working not sure why. Did you get an answer?

@MaggieG Same Problem here. After sucsessful installation of two TP-Link E4R all further trys (4 Stations more) failed all with red flashing! I am very disapointed :-(

Try this, 

Removes the 2nd deco from the app, set up again. It solved mine
