Hi all, I bought a tplink av500 a few years back, it worked well, but no longer needed until today.  Set up, and it links, but no internet.  I've tried fixes I can find online, bit I can't even get into the av500 settings as just says 'no internet connection'.

Thought it might be an issue with different circuits, so plugged in downstairs, same issue.

ANY help much appreciated :)

Hello, what is the model number of the AV500? You can find it on the back label, which starts with TL-PA/WPAXXX.

 

What is the current led status of it? Please ensure that the middle led should be on.

 

Have you ever tried to plug them into the same room and pair them with the tpPLC utility?
