Hi, my M7350 turns on and seems to have signal. It shows 3G, the signal bars and also the wifi icon. I can connect to it fine but but I get a notification saying 'internet is not available' on the connected device. I have tried to contact support via email and they asked me to check the IP address but they haven't replied since. Could someone shed some light on what the issue may be?
