Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Latest

Hi all.

Have recently set up my M5 and it works great. I am however having a problem connecting to my Synology media centre. I can access it fine if I'm connected to my original wifi, but the new  M5 wifi doesn't show it. Any idea? Thanks

@Elmani

Hello, what is the current network diagram? And what is the operation mode of Deco M5 now? You mentioned original wifi, do you use the original wifi router now?

Please ensure that if the original router and Deco both work in router mode, then the devices connected to the two routers cannot access each other due to the NAT limit.

You can connect the Synology media centre  to the Deco and then verify whether you can access it from the local device.

Note: Please ensure that their IP addresses are in the same IP subnet.

May it help.
