Archer A7 v5 is the new model on ac 1750 routers, a few components upgraded making it work more stable. 

 

Regarding to the software feature, there is no big difference between them; Both of them support Onemesh, parental control, access control and other advanced features. So both routers are good, you can order one as you like.
