I have two pairs of PLCs, and I need to make the two pairs of devices on two different network segments

Then pair them separately to make two different network segments. In other word, plug two adapters which in the same segments first and use the pair button to pair them; once you finished that, plug into the second pair and repeat the configuration steps.
