RE200 Not working with any router
I bought a RE200 Ver 2.0 S/N 2187207003559 to extend my wifi signal to the back of my house.
I had no luck on making it work. I tried with my internet provider modem and thought maybe had something to do with it so I tried extending the signal from an Apple Airport Extreme Router but couldn't make it either.
I tried manually from the computer, and also from the cellphone app. Several times. Reseted it and re-try again. Also tried WPS with the internet provider modem. Nothing.
I get only 2 lights fully on the POWER and the WIFI. But neither 2.4ghz nor 5ghz light go on so obviously no internet is being extended.
I can connect via wifi to the RE200 but no internet is on.
If it helps, all tests have been made 20 cm away from primary router and had turned on/off everything several times.
So, is anything else I can try? Update firmware? I don't know what to do please I would appreciate any help on this so I can have internet at the back of my house.
Thanx!
M
UPDATE: I updated FIRMWARE TO 1.1.8 Build 20181113 Rel. 36494 but still the same issues going on and no internet.

I got my RE200 working finally after the kind help of a virtual assitance via Team Viewer
I post the resolution just in case anyone lands in this page:
2 things got the RE200 working, and both include modifying the main router settings:
1) Changing from 40MHZ to 20MHZ on the main router admin settings made it work, but we preferred leaving that in 40mhz so we switched it back
2) We selected chanel 6 on the main router, because the RE200 was trying to connect to that channel, and that made it work too, so this is the solution we chose, and afterwards I relocated the RE200 and everything went well
Thanks for the help!

Hello, please ensure that you use the main router's wifi password to configure the RE200. And locate it 3 meters away from the main router to set it up.

Try to change the wireless settings of the main router to give it a go, including wireless network name and password.
Still the same, please show us a screenshot of the status page and send us the system log.
Note: Go to web UI of RE200 and go to settings-system tools to save log and export it.
Besides, please tell us the model number of the main router and its firmware version.
Thanks in advance and have a nice day.

@Kevin_Z i've done everything on your reply and still the same. Evidently there's an issue because it doesn't connect to any router which are working fine and providing internet normally, but I cannot extend them with the RE200.
I attach the screens you requested and also the LOG file.
The routers I am trying are two
1) Apple Airport Extreme (don't know firmware) MODEL A1143
2) The internet provider router ZTE model ZXHN F660
Any ideas?
Thanx

Thanks for your valued reply.
We have checked the screenshots and log attached but not able to locate this issue. Considering the extender failed to connect to the 2 different routers, we would like to follow up your case via email to do further analysis to fix it.
Please check your inbox later.
Best regards.
