I cant access to connect the wifi

Please ensure that you use the host wifi password to connect to the TP-Link wifi, and try to forget the profile and reconnect. Instruction is https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/918/

 

And try to login to the web UI of the TL-WR940N with wired cable connected and change the wireless settings, after that, try to reconnect to the wifi.

 

Still the same, you can hard reset the router by holding the reset hole for 10s with it powered on and reconnect to it.
