Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: idk

Hi,

I tried to set up my range extender via Theter app and when I try to connect the phone to the extender it doesn't show up in the wi-fi section (settings). Any ideas how to fix this?

@luker

Hi, to make Tether app find the extender, they should be in the same subnet.

Try to connect your smart phone to the extender's wifi directly, not main routers or others. And then you can verify whether you can detect the extender.

The extender's wifi name is printed on the back panel of the actual device and it is open.

Besides, what is the model number of it?
