Hello

Why dual band feature for wireless is found in the tp-link M7350 version 4 but not found in version 5.1.. and is this is better for 5.1 as it is the newest version.

Actually, the M7350 V4 supports 2.4GHz OR 5GHz, you can choose one of them ONLY. While the M7350 V5 supports 2.4GHz only.

 

Compared to 5GHz, the 2.4GHz will be more stable and has larger coverage area.
