Is there any specific symptoms when the powerline adapter keeps reboot itself? Like the led status, the internet connection.
What is the current network diagram? How do you connect these devices together?
After the powerline adapter rebooted itself, please check the light status, with your computer connected to it, please click here to chekc the IP address and gateway.
And please ensure that the firmware is up to date. And try to hard reset the powerline adapter and reconfigure to give it a go.
What is the model number of your main router as well?
Good day.

Strange that when the powerline is connected to the laptop through the ethernet cable, it does not lose the connection, even though the router's light turns off and on again.
I can also download files without losing connection, but I can not with the Wifi !!

Hello, do you still have the same issue now?
You can change another socket to plug the powerline adapters. Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
Besides, you can hard reset and re-pair them to give it a go.

I have not used it for a while.
I have a bad fiber-optic router so I was using Huawei B618 to make it the main router (Access point) instead of it through a cable network
At that time, I was not facing this problem
But when I went back to using the fiber-optic router that came from the service provider, this problem appeared !
