Archer T2UH lost internet connection
Hello,
I bought this adapter some months ago and I'm having some issues with connection. Sometimes, during the navigation my browser shows me that i don't have internet connection, but the wifi is connected and it has 3 on 4 notches, after 5/10 seconds the led on adapter blinks faster and the connection returns. I have installed the official drivers, but I have everithing same issues.
My operating system is windows 10 home 64bit, I have tried the adapter with another pc and same OS but with another router and I can't reproduce the error.
Now I'm using my old tp-link TL-WN722N without problems.
the access point is provided by my internet service provider and I can't change it.
Someone can help me, what I can try to do?
Thanks for your time, have a good day.

Hi,
According to your description, the 722N should work fine, the troubleshooting should be done on the main router.
1. What about the stability of other devices? Did they lost connection?
2. Please check the IP address and default gateway of computer when the connection drops out. Instruction as below: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/
3. How far away between the computer and router, try to move it closer.
4. You can change some wifi settings of main router to optimize its performance, like wifi channel, channel width and transmit power.
May it help and have a nice day. Good day.

Hi,
Please check the IP and gateway of computer when connection lost.
There is a public driver for the T2UH, you can install it and give it a go.

Besides, when and where did you buy this adapter?
Good day.

Hi,
when the connection stops working, the IP and the gateway remain associated.
The device was purchased by Amazon on December 27, 2018
