Deco P7 drops internet connection several times a week
Hi, i'm having issues with my Deco P7, the internet connection works fine for a while, good reception and speeds and all, but after a couple of days, it goes berserk and I completely lose the internet connection until I shutdown all P7's.
My setup is as follows:
Experia v10 router - switch - Main deco p7 cabled, in Access Point mode
- switch - 2nd deco p7 cabled
- 3rd P7 powerlined
When the issue occurs, all devices lose internet connection, including the wired ones. When I disconnect all P7's, internet connection sometimes restores, sometimes I need to reset the Experia too. The experia always shows green lights on the internet connection.
P7's are all up to date, I have tried resetting them all and reconfiguring the network yesterday, and the issue got even stranger. Today, some devices work fine, others are thrown off the wifi until you manually reconnect. I have removed wifi config from the devices (android phones) and reconnected them, but the issue keeps coming back.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Did anyone reply and fix this? I'm having the same issues stated in this forum, but with M5's. I have 3 that are one hardware level and 3 that are another hardware level, hence two different firmware versions. It all went south went I upgraded them all to their current firmware levels.

That sounds like exactly the same problem we have. Our system of three Deco P7 units had been running fine for months (two on cable, one without). Last week something changed and we lost all internet. After a lot of trial and error I found that unplugging the network cable from our downstairs Deco solved all problems. We immediately had full connection again everywhere. Plug that one back in and everything immediatley goes down again.
In the overview of devices that particular Deco still shows up normally and it seem to perform normally now. But this is far from ideal of course, as I want as many P7's on cable as possible.
Has anybody ever found a solution for this?
UPDATE: It doesn't matter which deco we hardwire: there can only be one hardwired at the same time. The moment we plug in a second they all go red. Tried downgrading the firmware, but have been unsuccesful. This is really quite annoying.

Same issue here began last week on my P9's (5 total (router mode) - 1 hardwired to Arris modem, 2 units cabled, 2 units wireless/mesh) - unplugging the cabled units sees to help but my speed has severly been bogged down. Worked fine for about 3 months since I deplyed them, was getting getting 350Mbps not I'm lucky to get 100Mbps. Is there a resolution or new thread for this issue?

Same problem here.
Bought the P9 3 unit kit and this piece of crap does not work as it should, worse even after firmware upgrades.
The biggest piece fo s... i ever bought in my life, i spend all time in reviews on amazon and many other places warning people not to buy this.
Worst wifi product ever bought.

Similar issues here. We have the M4R Deco's but the symptoms are exactly the same and only materialized a couple of months ago after a year of near perfect operation.
We've also tried resetting them all, moving them around, resetting them again but the problem persists.
I've been on email support with Deco for 3 weeks, have sent them error logs.
No solution forthcoming yet.
