I have 5 deco units around the house.

3 are hardwired and 2 connect wirelessly to other deco units.

The networking side is working well, handoff are mostly seamless and no complaints from anyone which is great.

Prior to this the app was working flawlessly.

About 3 or 4 weeks ago.

The app recently became 100% useless.

At first it simply showed 16 units online on the deco network even though devices showing online were definatly offline and some had not eben on the network for days.

These 16 units appeared at all times for about 2 weeks.

Now there are zero units showing as online on the deco network.

Tried refreshing. legging in out. reinstalling. installed app on 2 android phones. ipad same thing on all.

I get the notifications when a new devices join the network. click the notification app opens and zero devices online.

I cannot add new devices to my kids profiles and this was one of the main reasons for the deco system.

So please any advice gladly appreciated.

Deco is set in Router mode.

Seamless roaming is enabled.

QOS is on standard

have profiles for kids / adults / media devices in the house.
