- News skill.

- Play music form spotify.

Hi,

Do you have the same issue with the sonos speaker/alexa connected to the modem's wifi?

Is there any error message if it cannot execute these skills?

Please simplify the network topology to give it a go, that is to say, power on the main Deco only and test whether it works.

Besides, you can disable the antivirus on the Deco app to have a try.

Any updates, please let me know.

Nice day.

Hello Kevin,

No, I dont have those issues with the sonos alexa speaker conected directly to wifi's modem, it works good when is conected directly.

I already tried to turned off the anti virus and its still with the issue.

Thanks!

Ricardo

Hi,

It is suggested to change the operation mode to access point mode and then connect the speaker to the Deco wifi and do a comparison test.

Any updates, please let us know.

Have a nice day.

Hi,

Try to simplify the network to give it a shot, in other word, connect the modem--main Deco--Sonos speaker only and test its performance.

Meanwhile, is there any suggestions from the tech support of the speaker?

Good day.
