ISP and frequently disconnecting

Model : TL-MR3040
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.14.2 Build 120822 Rel.40902n
ISP : Aircel (chennai, India)

Recently I bought a TP-Link 3G portable battery powered router ( model no: TL-MR3040).
After connecting I get this status: please see picture ( file name 1)
My problems are: I cant find Aircel Network provider(Chennai , India) in the Mobile ISP list, As you can see the second picture below I can see all network providers except Aircel Network Provider : Please see the picture 2 ( file name is 2)
and frequently disconnecting and very very poor Wireless coverage (less than 10 feet)
I have sent many mails to TP-Link technical support team. I didnt get a single reply from them.. You have tell what to do with this?
