Hi.

I want to know if tp link wr841n guest network is independent of general wireless.

Can I can configure Guest Network "ON" with Wireless OFF in general Settings?. (only activate guest network, not my own wireless)

Hello, theoretically, the host network and guest network are independent from each other.

 

You can enable guest network with host network disabled.
