Greetings, In the past days I keep having short internet disconnections, these are absolutely random and last for one minute

When I check the system log after a disconnection, the following error is everywhere:

netMakeChannDial: err=-3001 rn_p=80483e40

What does that means? how can I fix that? is it problem of my router or something from the internet provider?
