If your incoming emails are going in spam folder then you need to recheck:
Blocked email address list and if you can locate the particular email whose emails are going in spam then try to unblock it
[*]Change the account setting associated IMAP and POP3
[*]Delete any trash
[*]Just dial PacBell customer support number to fix the issue completely within a limited span of time.
