Our house is very old (12th century). Broadband comes in at one end of the house and want to extend to the other. Have ruled out power adaptors due to different ring mains and wifi would be weak as walls are up to 3 feet thick in places. Have decided to hard wire running ethernet cable to at least two other rooms. My question is what is the best TP Link equipment to use in those rooms?

Since you can only use wired connection, any tp-link router or switch will be fine.

It depends on your the number of your clients.
