Archer c8 v1 parental controls

Archer c8 v1 parental controls

I've got a tp link archer c8 v1 router with latest firmware. My problem is I cannot get the parental controls to work.I've set the router time and made sure this is correct. I've gone to parental controls and added the 2 devices I want to control. I've set the devices to only connect between 7am and 10pm. However the kids were still able to play on the xbox well after 10pmAnyone any ideas why it's not working. I've made sure the parental controls are active for both devices. I've followed the guide to parental controls but can't get it working. Any help gratefully received
